All Talk

The carrot dangled in front of the Scots to get them to vote “No” to their land’s independence was brought out again this week.   The Tories are now saying – and you must choose whether you believe them or not – that they believe in more autonomy for Scotland.

Yet they make no mention of Wales.

They will – when it suits them to.

You’ll know that I have admiration for Plaid Cymru leader, Leanne Wood.   Have a look at the common sense she speaks and you’ll see why.

About Archie Lowe

Though not born in Wales, I have lived and worked here for many years now. I love the place and love that mercurial thing "Welshness". I have been accused of being "a Taffophile" - which is pretty near the truth. The question I ask whenever some idea comes up for the whole of the UK is: "What's in it for Wales". I believe in an independent Wales and am so pleased that our Assembly is a big step on that road.
